The LINK UP project officially began its implementation phase with an online kick-off transnational project meeting.
During the meeting, the partner organisations came together to discuss the project objectives, work plan, communication procedures, timelines, and responsibilities. The meeting created a shared understanding of the project’s direction and helped establish the working structure for the months ahead.
The partnership reviewed the main activities planned under LINK UP, including the development of educational content, the creation of digital learning tools, the implementation of workshops, and the dissemination of project results through online and community-based channels.
A key focus of the meeting was to ensure smooth cooperation between all partners. Communication channels, reporting procedures, quality expectations, and task distribution were discussed in detail to support efficient project management.
The online kick-off meeting marked an important first step for LINK UP. With roles and timelines clarified, the partnership is now ready to begin developing resources that will support the digital empowerment, social inclusion, and community engagement of Third-Country National women.
