LINK UP develops practical tools and learning opportunities that support third-country national women in building digital skills, accessing local services, and strengthening their connection to community life. Its main results include a multilingual MOOC platform, a Digital Resource Navigator, AI-supported cultural guides, an Inclusion Cookbook, and participant-created digital stories and media. Together, these outcomes promote inclusion, confidence, and lasting community participation in a way that remains relevant beyond the project period.
