LINK UP is an Erasmus+ project designed to support Third-Country National women through digital learning, cultural exchange, and community engagement.
Many women with migrant backgrounds face barriers such as limited access to digital tools, language challenges, social isolation, and difficulties in navigating public services. LINK UP responds to these needs by creating practical, inclusive, and multilingual learning opportunities.
The project will develop a range of resources and activities, including a multilingual MOOC platform, public service awareness modules, practical workshops, AI-supported learning tools, a Digital Resource Navigator, and the Inclusion Cookbook. These outputs will help participants build digital confidence, access local services, engage with their communities, and share their cultural experiences.
LINK UP also places strong emphasis on non-formal education. Participants will be encouraged to learn through practical activities, storytelling, peer exchange, and creative digital projects such as posters, videos, and other multimedia outputs.
By combining digital skills, cultural participation, and civic engagement, LINK UP aims to create long-term benefits not only for the participants, but also for local organisations, educators, and communities working toward more inclusive adult education across Europe.
