LINK UP is an Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership in adult education (KA220-ADU). It supports Third-Country National (TCN) women to build practical digital skills, strengthen cultural integration, and take part more confidently in community and civic life. LINK UP combines a multilingual MOOC platform with local learning spaces and workshops, alongside practical tools such as the Digital Resource Navigator and the Inclusion Cookbook, so participants can navigate essential services more confidently and connect with local communities.

Why this Project

Digital empowerment and community engagement

Many TCN women face barriers that can lead to social isolation and limit access to education, services, and community life. These barriers often include limited digital skills, language challenges, and difficulty navigating local systems. LINK UP addresses these challenges through an inclusive approach designed for TCN women and rooted in practical everyday needs.

Results and impact

LINK UP supports tangible improvements in digital confidence and access to services, stronger community connections, and the uptake of project tools by organisations.
The project also aims to ensure long-term use of its tools and resources beyond the project duration.

Who LINK UP is for

Primary target group

The primary target group is Third-Country National (TCN) women, particularly those aged 30-55, who face barriers to social and economic inclusion. Participants may have limited experience with digital tools and a strong interest in learning practical skills for everyday life, including accessing online services.
The project involves participants through workshops, pilot testing, and feedback on project tools, including the MOOC platform and the Digital Resource Navigator.

Wider beneficiaries

LINK UP also benefits trainers, community organisations, and service providers by developing resources and approaches that can be reused and integrated into ongoing education and outreach work.
