This is digital-skills education, not financial advice. Trainers do not recommend a bank, payment provider, loan, investment, remittance route, or other financial product. Applicable law, provider terms, fees, access rules, and redress arrangements must be checked before use.

Trainer competencies
On successful completion, the trainer can:
- Map at least five roles in a financial-service ecosystem and distinguish regulated, agent, commercial, and unregulated roles using an official register.
- Analyse a fictional payment or remittance for transaction state, payer outlay, recipient amount, fees, exchange effects, timing, and recourse without endorsing a provider.
- Apply and explain the four-part STOP check to simulated payment and social-engineering scenarios.
- Plan a non-sensitive needs analysis and an inclusive phone, visual, multilingual, and print facilitation sequence without collecting personal financial data.
- Facilitate a non-blaming fraud response, including proportionate evidence handling, post-incident actions, safeguarding, and referral boundaries.
- Evaluate current sources for authority, currency, accessibility, jurisdiction, and appropriate use.
